KENNY WILLIAMS
Sgt. Kenny Williams, began his career in 2007, and currently works as a full-time K9 interdiction officer. He has established his department's first interdiction team which has not only improved the department's efficiency but also been instrumental in fostering a safer environment. Williams has received countless awards for his work from numerous organizations and has established a national reputation. His ability to mentor new officers, dedication to excellence, and his commitment to improving the law mission set Williams apart from the rest.
Michael Brazil began his law enforcement career in 2005 and is currently serving as a Patrol Supervisor for the City of Crown Point. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served in the Military Police Corps and was deployed for Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Brazil recently graduated from the Valparaiso University School of Law in 2019 with a Juris Doctor. Since then, he has been admitted to practice law in both the State of Indiana and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. He excels at legal research, and he is often sought out by fellow officers to locate case law pertinent to their situation. Mike strongly believes that every officer should have a working knowledge of case law because it is the foundation of being a proactive cop.

Heather Glogolich started her law enforcement career in 2004. She is presently a Captain with the NJ Institute of Technology Police Department after transferring from Morris Township Police Department as a Patrol Lieutenant. In her present assignment, Captain Glogolich is a Patrol Division Commander with collateral duties that include overseeing the Field Training Program, Accreditation, Emergency Services Unit, Crime Analysis, and serving as the agency’s Domestic Violence Liaison and LGBTQ+ Liaison. During the course of her career, she has been assigned to a multitude of diverse assignments including patrol, school resource officer, traffic safety officer, and has performed the role of field training officer. Additionally, she currently is the President of New Jersey Women in Law Enforcement (NJWLE).
Captain Glogolich holds masters degrees in Homeland Security and Administrative Science and in May of 2023, she earned a doctorate in Higher Education with a Servant Leadership focus from Saint Elizabeth University. She is certified as a career coach for law enforcement, is an instructor for the NJ State Association of Chiefs of Police Command and Leadership Program, and owns her own business called Empowered Policing. In addition to her impressive resume filled with achievements and accolades, Heather Glogolich survived a harrowing domestic violence incident in 2008 at the hands of her ex-husband. Instead of allowing it to break her, she has turned her pain into a purpose by sharing her story as a survivor through speaking presentations and victim advocacy.
